During the visits that were done from onion fields in Isfahan in the middle of the plant growth period, wilt symptoms were observed in the field as spots. Sampling of onions showing yellowish symptoms or leaf necrosis and wilting was done randomly. Also, during harvesting time of white onions in the fields and some onions in warehouse, symptoms such as watering and color changes were seen on several outer scales of onion in the neck area. A total of 60 Fusarium isolates were isolated from onion included; 35 isolates of Fusarium proliferatum, eight isolates of F. acuminatum, seven isolates of F. solani, four isolates of F. oxysporum, four isolates of F. falciforme and two isolates of F. sambucinum. Pathogenicitytest was carried out on external scales of onions at 25 ° C and 65% relative humidity and onion plant in greenhouse conditions. Two species of F. sambucinum and F. falciforme were isolated as causal agent of plant wilting from onions with root and crown color changes for the first time. In the present study, the symptoms of rot, discoloration and soft tissue formation on the scales around the white onions neck by Fusarium species are reported from Iran. Also, F. acuminatum was isolated from the onion as a causal agent of rot and color change of the scales for the first time.}, keywords = {Soft rot,Wilting,White onion,EF-1,Fusarium falciforme}, title_fa = {شناسایی و بیماری‌زایی گونه‌های فوزاریومی دخیل در پوسیدگی طبق و فلس پیاز خوراکی در اصفهان}, abstract_fa = {پژمردگی و پوسیدگی طبق و فلس پیاز توسط گونههای مختلف فوزاریوم در سراسر جهان ایجاد میشود که سبب زیان و کاهش قابل ملاحظهای در تولید میگردد. طی بازدیدهایی که از مزارع پیاز در اصفهان در اواسط دورهی رشد گیاه به عمل آمد، علائم پژمردگی در مزرعه به صورت لکهای مشاهده شد. نمونهبرداری از پیازهایی که علائم زردی یا نکروز برگها و پژمردگی را نشان میدادند به صورت تصادفی انجام گرفت. همچنین هنگام برداشت پیاز سفید در مزارع و نیز در برخی از پیازهای انباری، علائمی چون آبسوختگی و تغییر رنگ روی چند فلس بیرونی پیاز در ناحیه گردن دیده شد. از نواحی تغییر رنگ یافته در ناحیه طبق و فلس پیاز کشت روی محیط PDA تهیه گردید. در مجموع 60 جدایه از جنس فوزاریوم شامل؛ 35 جدایه Fusarium proliferatum، هشت جدایه F. acuminatum، هفت جدایه F. solani، چهار جدایه F. oxysporum، چهار جدایه F. falciformeو دو جدایه F. sambucinum از گیاه پیاز جدا گردید. آزمون بیماریزایی روی فلس پیاز در دمای °C 25 و رطوبت نسبی 65 % و گیاه پیاز در شرایط گلخانه انجام شد. دو گونه F. sambucinumو F. falciforme به عنوان عوامل پژمردگی بوته از پیازهای مبتلا به تغییر رنگ ریشه و طبق برای اولینبار جدا گردید. در تحقیق حاضر، علائم پوسیدگی، تغییر رنگ و ایجاد بافت نرم روی فلسهای پیازهای سفید در اطراف گردن پیاز توسط گونههای فوزاریومی از ایران گزارش میشود. همچنین گونه F. acuminatum به عنوان عامل پوسیدگی و تغییر رنگ فلس برای اولین بار از پیاز جدا گردید.}, keywords_fa = {پوسیدگی نرم,پژمردگی,پیاز سفید,ژن EF-1,falciforme Fusarium}, url = {https://ijpp.areeo.ac.ir/article_44680.html}, eprint = {https://ijpp.areeo.ac.ir/article_44680_85ed2efb73f90604ed2cd20a372a8b38.pdf} }
